Paragon Pro Elite’s Psychological Evaluation combines external, observable performance behaviors with internal psychological indicators captured through the CPRD questionnaire. External components are rated on a 1–5 scale to reflect how the athlete presents and performs in an elite evaluation environment. The CPRD provides percentile-based insight into the athlete’s internal mental performance factors that influence consistency, resilience, and team functioning.
Communication, initiative, and ability to elevate teammates through presence and responsibility.
Competitive attitude, maturity, interpersonal demeanor, and overall presence within an elite setting.
Speed and quality of choices in dynamic moments; selecting effective solutions under time and space constraints.
Composure and performance stability when challenged, stressed, or facing adversity.
Emotional regulation, discipline, and ability to reset after mistakes, setbacks, or refereeing/coach feedback.
Demonstrates respect, maturity, and accountability in how the athlete interacts with peers, coaches and in social settings.
Psychological EVALUATION RESULTS:
The athlete demonstrated strong psychological consistency with 4/5 scores in personality and self-control, while presenting high but relative development needs in leadership, decision-making, and response under pressure within the elite evaluation environment.
